Timeless Arbour is a Ground + 2 storey architectural statement that seamlessly weaves the elegance of neo-classical design with the clarity and functionality of modern architecture. At its core is a thoughtfully crafted double-skin façade — not just an aesthetic gesture, but a purposeful element that serves as both a visual and acoustic buffer from the surrounding environment. The interstitial space between the outer façade and the balcony is adorned with tall green planters, creating a verdant screen that naturally cools the interiors during summer while enhancing privacy and serenity.
The formal living space is conceived as a fluid extension of the garden and poolside, dissolving the threshold between indoors and out. This seamless connection is achieved through collapsible sliding doors that enable the room to shift effortlessly — from an intimate, enclosed lounge to an airy, open pavilion. When retracted, the boundaries vanish, welcoming natural light, cross-ventilation, and lush green vistas. When closed, the space transforms into a refined, climate-controlled retreat. This duality lends itself equally to serene family moments and elegant social gatherings.
